Additional Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the RMG industry, with a strong understanding of RMG compliance. Retired personnel from Bangladesh Armed Forces (Commissioned Officer in the rank of Captain /Major equivalent) are highly encouraged to apply.
Position may upper or lower based on skills, competencies, experiences etc.

Develop and implement admin & security policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal requirements.
Manage access control for visitors, deliveries, and staff, and oversee CCTV operations.
Stay updated on labor laws, social compliance, and health and safety regulations.
Oversee security personnel to ensure effective management and operation of all security functions across the factory.
Conduct thorough checks on all vehicles and staff entering or exiting the premises.
Train new security personnel and promote security awareness throughout the company.
Monitor sensitive factory areas, control unauthorized products, and maintain logbooks and registers.
Safeguard company property and assets by ensuring a safe workplace for employees and visitors.
Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergencies, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.
Liaise with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance) to manage incidents and maintain security protocols.
Perform other security-related tasks as assigned by management.
Must have knowledge on C-TPAT Audit.
