A well-reputed textile industry is looking for a dynamic Fabric R&D (Knit Fabric) Senior Manager who have to be have good at Knit Fabric R&D.

To provide fabric technical support to Product Development and Merchandising teams.
Fabric Technical knowledge- Dyeing, Finishing, Washing, AOP, Special Finish, QC, Testing, etc.
Working knowledge of fabric construction. Analyze fabric structures, yarn, stitch length, knitting settings, etc.
Set the knitting machine to achieve the desired fabric.
New Product Development.
Fabric Technical knowledge- Dyeing, Finishing, Washing, AOP, Special Finish, QC, Testing, etc.
To analyze Client’s requirements for particular fabrics and developments and ensure that fabric quality is achievable and can be maintained from development through to bulk delivery.
Maintain a fabric resource library to support seasonal inspiration as well as archive of previous production fabrications.
Need to keep an organized area and files so that fabric/yarns and developments are easily traceable for the Development Merchandisers.
To manage fabric relationship with Client fabric teams ensuring that fabric procedures are met.
Support product integrity by facilitating the testing of all fabrics prior to bulk order and reviewing test failures with product development/production teams.
Target to achieve near to zero customer issues on technical side.To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
