Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Production Department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with significant experience in managing production processes, driving efficiency, and leading teams to meet organizational goals. Routine/Regular Job:

Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance..
Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
Removing old equipment and installing new machines.
Providing technical support and training on new equipment
Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
New project development
Factory administration and achieve production target

Non-routine/Periodical Job:

Schedule repair and maintenance to reduce downtime during production.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Responding to breakdowns
Creating maintenance procedures
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
Job Requirement:
