Responsibilities & Context

Lintas Bangladesh Co. Ltd. is a well reputed European lingerie company & diversified business conglomerates in Lingerie Garments, is currently going through a major expansion in its production/Operation, looking for only well skilled in Lingerie Garments product professional in for the position of Senior Manager-IE.

Job Location: Adajmee EPZ, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.

Please only well experienced in Lingerie garments are allowed to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and develop standards, time and motion studies, statistical analysis and labor planning to improve productivity, quality and service levels.
• Recommend methods form improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials, such as reorganizing workflow, relocating equipment, and restructuring job duties.
• Determine the most efficient sequencing of operations, workflow, and recommend methods to maximize efficiencies.
• Work knowledge of SMV (Single Minute Valu).
• Adjust and revitalize work standards, procedures, and layouts as needed to reflect business changes or service enhancements.
• Special Projects as assigned for business acquisitions, facility start-ups, integration, and network optimization.
• Lead continuous improvements initiatives.Analyze and design sequence of operations and work flow to improve process efficiencies in theme park operations.
• To pro-actively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business/Operation performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders (Manufacturing, Businesses) to make fact-based sound business decisions.
• To pro-actively support evaluation and execution of financials for new projects, providing end to end overview.
• To perform forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, bench marking, Price/Volume mix, scenario analysis.
