- B.Sc. Textile Engineer will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context
Workplace: Work at Factory
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage knitting sample development, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Root cause analysis for failure (production, hit rate%, Quality & NPT) in knitting.
- Oversee machine settings, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production related errors like design changing duration, wrong yarn receiving, unplanned program change, yarn delivery delay, barcode pending etc.
- Train and supervise the knitting team, maintaining high productivity.
- Conduct quality checks on samples and finished goods to meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
