Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager / Manager (EEE) for the Maintenance & Utility Department in the 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Factory.

• Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.
• Contributing to Maintenance vision, Strategy, Policies, Processes, and Procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Managing RSC audit rating and buyers’ audit in terms of maintenance.
• Managing delegation in terms of maintenance works.
• Managing the execution of scheduled maintenance and other maintenance programs.
• Managing communication with the different vendor project-related works.
• Supervising and monitoring the operation and maintenance of the Transformer, VCB, HT, LT, Electrical Control Panel, Electrical Distribution System, and BBT System.
• Supervising and monitoring the HVAC System including HVAC Consists Chiller Primary Secondary water pumping, Condense Recovery, and Exhaust System.
• Supervising and monitoring the Operation and maintenance of the Fire Detection and Protection System.
• Supervising and monitoring Fire Protection and plumbing Pump Systems.
• Taking care of the Washing Plant including preventive maintenance works.
• Optimizing equipment according to standard procedure.
• Conducting a risk assessment of processes in the departments.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
