Responsibilities & Context
Manage and Lead the Quality department, ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and buyer requirements of Lingerie Product.
Oversee the implementation of QA processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement in quality.·
Follow up & Monitoring the work of In-charges in Cutting, Sewing, CAD & Pattern, Finishing & Product Safety teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues.
Have to Manage a large team of quality controllers, AQL team, auditors and supervisors, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Team work with production, merchandising, and technical teams to address and resolve quality issue.·
Prepare and present quality reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
Follow others any responsibility assigns by management.
