Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

As the senior manager of marketing, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing efforts, encompassing various channels such as SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. You’ll meticulously analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying key insights to optimize spending and enhance overall performance against predetermined ROI and KPI benchmarks. Your innovative thinking will drive the exploration of new growth strategies, while your analytical prowess will be crucial in evaluating customer touchpoints and optimizing user funnels. Your role involves analyzing campaign performance against established goals, identifying trends, and implementing optimization strategies to enhance ROI and KPIs.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, and any other marketing measures.
  • Lead generation through digital marketing and any other marketing channels for global market.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Manage both Service and Product marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customers.
  • Experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
