Responsibilities & Context

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategies for integrating Microsoft technologies to enhance ISP operations.
• Align departmental goals with organizational objectives to drive growth and efficiency.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and IT professionals.
• Conduct performance reviews, identified skill gaps, and organize training for team members.

Microsoft Systems Oversight:

• Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Microsoft-based systems, including Office 365, Azure, and Windows Server. . Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and manage IT infrastructure like SWITCH, Router, server, AD & mail server. virtualization.

Customer Support and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve escalated issues related to Microsoft systems.
• Develop customer centric solutions using Microsoft technologies to improve service delivery.

Project Management:

• Plan and execute projects involving Microsoft tools, such as migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for Microsoft-related projects.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor system performance and provide insights to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Policy & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Microsoft -related operations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices within the department.
