Graduation from a reputed UGC-approved university, degree in Business, Economics, IT or related field is preferred

Experience

Additional Requirements

Eight + years of experience in the banking industry, cross industry or handling corporate business
Experience as Product Manager, Business Analyst, IT Architecture, Software Development or similar role will be valued
Hands-on knowledge and working knowledge with Banking Core Application (Core Banking, PGW, Card system, etc.)
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design
Strong analytical ability and translate data into meaningful information
Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum will be an added advantage
Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is an added advantage
Demonstrate the skill on various analytics software i.e. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.
Customer facing and possess good business acumen
Proficient in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines

BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Corporate and Institutional Banking Division:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in the GAP Assessment in the existing Transaction Banking Product
Perform Market Research on the Dynamic Transaction Banking Ecosystem
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
Analyze the market data and prepare the presentation to the management team with various insights
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Assist in managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Oversee the stages of product development from ideation to launch
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance goals are met
Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to inform product strategy and development
Participate in preparing the User Stories, business prioritization, acceptance criteria, etc.
Working with various external and internal stakeholders
Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvements
Translate business requirements into high level technical detailing in line with regulatory compliance
Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals
Facilitate communication between functional teams and IT to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business needs
