Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Quality (Yarn Dyeing) who will be responsible for the Yarn Dyeing Quality in the Yarn Dyeing Factory.
Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
- Ensure the quality of dyed yarn and manage daily activities of the Quality Dept.
- Check the dyed yarn shade with the approved shade card and lab report.
- Provide the right decision for major quality issues.
- Discuss with the customer about problematic yarns which are knittable.
- Handle the customer with their individual customers quality requirements.
- Make a daily urgent list and give it to the dryer, hard winding, and packing section.
- Analysis of the weekly and monthly quality performance.
- Report to the top management with data and information.
- Manage the QAD staff and workers.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
