Education

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing

Experience

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Requirements

Age 35 to 40 years
Only Male

Leadership Mentality

Applicant from manufacturing sector will be preferred

Be able to work under pressure.

Must be honest, Motivated & sincere.

Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & internet browsing.

Motorcycle Driving with license will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Prepare annual marketing plans, budget and sales forecast.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and customer demand.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales target through monitoring and execution.

Strong Analytical, problem-solving, Critical thinking, Decision making, Negotiation and conflict resolution skill.

Monitoring sales team and achieve growth & hit sales targets.

Everyday market visit & find-out customers demand.

Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Ability to guide and mentor sales team.

Advanced time management skills.

Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop a plan to fulfill them.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding theirs needs.

Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

Follow organization policies and regulation that affect the sales department.

Must have the mentality to tour outside of Dhaka at any time.

Must have the ability to quickly gain knowledge about our products.
