At least 3 years in a reputed hospital in Chittagong or other districts. (Chittagong Preferred)
Must have good computer skill.
Hospital software literacy is preferred.

· Being responsible for handling all medical officers and all categories of patients individually.

· Overseeing patient management, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.

· Leading all the doctors of floor, emergency unit and critical care units.

· Preparing and monitoring rosters of all doctors.

· Guiding and monitoring all activities of doctors to ensure that all activities are according to hospital policy and guideline.

· Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.

· Ensuring consistent and accurate documentation of medical records for all patients takes place.

· Ensuring comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

· Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.

· Maintaining proper dress code on duty time.

· Providing leadership during medical emergencies and critical incidents, ensuring effective response and communication strategies.

· Developing and maintaining effective communication with physicians, Consultants, patients and colleagues.

· Complying with management decision, policy and uphold the company brand.

· Must perform duties as per guideline from CMO, Medical Director & Head of Medical Services.
