Additional Requirements

Handling buyers & buying house independently.
Communication/Correspondence with buyers/buying houses and responding their mails.
Supervising a team of merchandisers.
Sourcing of all raw materials needed for production on time.
Ensuring all the raw materials is available well before PCD.
Coordinating with fabric/accessories suppliers to ensure order as per specifications.
Achievement of KPIs: Units, revenue, margins, % returns, market share etc.
Influence exports plan of the company aligns with strategy of focusing revenues from sales and other identified strategic product categories.
Coordinating with production team on regular basis.
Processing & execution of orders from sampling to dispatch.
TNA follow up
Preparation and verification of Cost reconciliation report after completion of each order.
Shipment performance and reject control.
Submit management reports on accounts performance.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure on-time shipment and 100% quality approval.
