  • Strong knowledge in Sweater Yarn, Product & Production Processes.
  • Strong in Follow Up the Supply Chain, Critical Path, & “Time & Action Plan”
  • Good Understanding of Merchandising Process & Yarn Quality (Construction, weight, color, shed etc.)
  • Test Standard & Requirements of different kinds of yarns & sweater products
  • Fluent in English to communicate with buyers
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have the capability to guide and manage multiple customers and factories at a time.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Has to deal with Sweater Product.
  • Analyze customer portfolio of Sweater Business and product line to fit with company product strength.
  • Monitoring the entire process of Sweater order execution from development, order placement to shipment.
  • Assisting the Team Manager in costing exercise of Sweater product to determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.
  • Analyze Yearly/Season-wise Sweater business volume and set own target accordingly.
  • Setting up the business strategy and goal for the Sweater Product to ensure best support to assigned customers.
  • Checking the development vs order confirmation percentage in each season.
  • Prepare realistic T&A and review with Team Manager and follow up that regularly.
  • T&A checking to understand whether the orders are on track or not.
  • Proper execution of sampling according to planned ‘T&A’ on regular basis to ensure on time submission with right quality and quantity.
  • Communicate with customers, factories and cross functional team on related subject as necessary.
  • Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow in the supply chain.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure product alignment.
  • Manage the product development process, including sampling and production.
  • Attitude to handle multiple customers and styles at a time in multiple factories independently.
  • Analyze process flow chart to simplify the work process and shorten the approval procedure and lead time.
  • Understanding the bottle neck areas and act immediately. Do the risk analysis meeting with team and related department as necessary.
  • Random checking of all the bookings to justify the working accuracy of team members.
  • Weekly meeting with team, client & cross functional team.
  • To ensure on time submission of the sample materials for approval with right quality and quantity.
  • Building relationships with customers, factories and cross functional teams.
  • To work together with office QA and Buyer QA staff to ensure the right product quality product is produced and shipped on-timely manner.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by the company.
