Responsibilities & Context

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules across various functional areas (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
• Design and implement integrations between Odoo and third-party systems via APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation of custom modules and workflows.
• Stay updated on new Odoo versions, community modules, and ERP trends to recommend improvements.
