Requirements

Education

• The candidates should be post-graduate from any UGC approved university having no 3rd Division/Class  and GPA below 2.00 in the scale of 5.00 and CGPA below 2.25 in the scale of 4.00 in academic career.

Experience

Additional Requirements

• The candidates should have minimum 04 years banking experience of working in Credit Department (Branch or centralized Credit Administration Division at Head Office) for the position of Senior Officer.
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and be well conversant in Computer Literacy and sound analytical proficiency.

Responsibilities & Context

• Clear understanding, execution, reviewing, screening loan documentation (property related documentation and Charge Documents) of different types of credit facilities.
• Ability to ascertain chain of documents and verification of landed property.
• Knowledge in conducting valuation and identification/ demarcation of landed property.
• Processing disbursement files ensuring compliance as per credit approval as well as requirement of regulatory authorities and performing limit loading functions there against.
• Monitoring of repayment performance of the borrowers and documentation lapses.
• Preparation and timely submission of all kinds of related statement, reports to the concerned authorities.
