Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Officer /Assistant Manager( Finance & Accounts). This role will be pivotal in supporting our finance and accounting functions, contributing to the efficient operation and growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily client payments through BEFTN/RTGS/Cheque, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare vendor payments, including calculation of TDS and VDS deductions.
- Generate transaction vouchers in Backoffice Software to record financial transactions accurately.
- Compile monthly profit and loss statements to assess financial performance.
- Deposit monthly TDS and VDS to the Government treasury via A challan.
- Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliation statements to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare regulatory reports such as Net Capital Balance and Consolidated Customers Bank AC reconciliation.
- Generate management reports on demand basis to facilitate decision-making processes.
