Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Academic: minimum B.Com/BBS/ BBA in Accounting/ Finance/Management or any other subject from any public university or reputed private university with good academic records. CA Course Completed (CC) or running is preferred.

Experience

• At least 5 years

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years

• Experience: Minimum 05 (Five) years of working experience in any reputed NBFI/Bank
• In depth knowledge and practical experience in preparation of and all kinds of reporting to Bangladesh Bank
• In depth knowledge and practical experience in preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Yearly TAX return.
• Monthly Source TAX/VAT deduction and Monthly return with relevant work.
• Bank reconciliation and related adjustment.
• Handling Bangladesh Bank Audit, External Audit, Regulatory Audit including TAX/VAT.
• Depth Knowledge about MIS and Management reporting with Budget and others.
• Sufficient Knowledge in Reporting Standard including IFRS, IAS, BFRS, BAS etc.
• Computer Skill is must specially Microsoft Office package

Required Competencies:

• Good spoken and written command in English language.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should possess positive attitude & team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality and to achieve set target.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
