- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Methodical approach to work and high level of attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work and commitment to good service
- Familiarity with academic records and student information systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Support to develop and implementation of effective student recruitment and outreach plans and activities
- Contribute insight and expertise to assist with campaign planning, monitoring and evaluation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleagues, community organizations, industrial and business partners etc.
- Organize and participate in recruitment, outreach and conversion activities and to represent the University internally and externally
- Deliver presentations, workshops, advice sessions and campus tours etc. to raise awareness and aspirations and support recruitment activity
- Develop effective outreach materials, including digital content and hard copy materials
- Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to prospective students
- Follow up with admission offer holders, offering information and guidance to support decision-making process and entry to the university
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, outcomes and recommendations for development
- Monitor the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and campaigns through data analysis, market intelligence etc.
