Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).

Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement, Steel
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 28 years
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and travel when required.
Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and suggest improvements.
- Support pricing strategy, quotation management, and deal closure activities.
- Coordinate with operations/logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
