Job Purpose

To help all clients of BRAC Microfinance by providing all kinds of insurance support. Collaboration with insurance partners, marketing, and Claim process management. Remove barriers to obtaining client’s insurance benefits from the insurance partner, communicate with field operation and other internal and external stakeholders to provide prompt support regarding technical issues of enrollment to claim of any insurance product.

Key Responsibilities

  • To keep policy-wise data records, required documents, field queries and phone call logs in a prescribed format on daily basis and sharing within team/units for offering better service.
  • To generate and submit monthly report on overall performance.
  • To share technical and operational findings on a regular basis.
  • To collaborate with field operations, cross-functional teams, and support teams,incorporate user feedback, and join the insurance implementation campaign in terms of product development.
  • To organise and conduct field visits, refreshers and cluster meetings to enhance
  • the skills of dealing with clients and users regarding insurance processes.
  • To follow up the understanding of claim sending process for all the products
  • To ensure the entire claim process is executed effectively, following the right processes and responding quickly to address any insurance-related concerns.
  • To maintain proper communication and coordination with field and partners to handle the insurance enrolment process & related problems.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
