Responsibilities & Context

Job Purpose:

Develop plans to drive active customer engagement, minimize churn, and increase retention. Initiate campaigns based on business analysis and prepare detailed business cases for these campaigns. Ensure the performance and success of campaigns. Increase the number of payment customers. Present and track relevant business performance metrics and plans. Coordinate campaign efforts with relevant stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Strategic Planning and Analytics: Develop plans to drive Monthly Active User (MAU) growth, reduce churn, increase payments and cash-in, and enhance user base retention, all grounded in analytics and insights.·
  • Customer Engagement: Drive newly acquired customers’ usage behavior through cohort-based incentives or service communication to improve active user ratios.·
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the budgeting and forecasting of campaigns and costs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.·
  • Target Achievement: Ensure business targets are met by executing cohort-based campaigns tailored to customer segments and proposing campaign mechanics to expand those segments.
  • Campaign Management: Prepare, coordinate, and launch campaigns in alignment with the business strategy team’s strategic direction. Report on campaign achievements and gaps.·
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Analyze market, economic, and technological trends to understand their potential impact on industry dynamics and company operations.·
  • Competitive Intelligence: Prepare and present reports on competitors’ activities and industry dynamics to inform proactive business strategies for management.·
  • Performance Tracking: Prepare campaign KPI reports to track performance weekly, updating management on progress. This includes key product performance, repeat purchase trends, subscriber payment growth trends, and performance across product segments.·
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases and feasibility studies for campaign concepts, including product and service pricing analysis with elasticity and segment studies.·
  • Performance Review and Analysis: Conduct monthly reviews of actual performance compared to budget, update the management team on variance analysis, and perform root-cause analysis for underperforming campaigns as needed.
