Job Context:

International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 15 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015.  It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.

ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization’s goal.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Accurately prepare and submit Back-to-Back export documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect all necessary export documentation in a timely manner, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  • Regularly follow up with banks to secure Bank Bill references against export documents, ensuring efficient transaction processing.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports, providing detailed updates on export documentation and related financial activities.
  • Proactively follow up with banks and customers to ensure timely acceptance and payment of export documents.
  • Collect, organize, and securely store payment vouchers, maintaining accurate records for audits and future reference.
  • Track and store Export Letters of Credit, ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible.
  • Communicate with banks and customers to ensure timely payment collection for Letters of Credit (LCs).
  • Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by superiors and management to contribute to the department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
