Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing the production process of frozen food and ensure production is running as per schedule
- Maintaining inventory of Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finished Goods in weekly and monthly basis
- Establishing continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality
- Keeping the production process loss within permissible limit
- Preparing weekly report of material usage variance
- Ensuring product quality in accordance to GMP, HACCP, HALAL and ISO 22000
