Responsibilities & Context

This position is responsible for dynamic and results-oriented UBP Growth initiatives and campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing and executing communication and micro-campaign plans, analysis, growth plans, and marketing campaigns to drive business and onboard new customers. The candidate will have a strong background in marketing, market analysis, and campaign management. A proven track record of delivering measurable results can be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing customer lifecycle plans to attract, engage, retain, and win back pay bill customers.
• Planning and executing targeted campaigns to achieve business objectives, including acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Commercial internal, Technology, Finance, etc.) to define campaign objectives, target audience, and channel mix.
• Creating and optimizing campaign assets based on separate cohorts – including content, communication, ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
• Monitoring campaign performance in real-time, analyzing key metrics, and figuring out actionable insights to optimize results.
• Continuously testing and iterating on campaign elements to improve performance and ROI.
• Utilizing customer data and segmentation techniques to personalize messaging and drive relevant customer experiences.
• Developing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
• KPI tracking based on the target, identifying & suggesting relevant initiatives.
