Responsibilities & Context
Based at our Head office at Tejgaon, this role serves as an HR generalist, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Employee Engagement functions.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Employee Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of new hires, driving onboarding programs and ensuring document compliance.
• Learning and Development: Coordinate employee development initiatives and training sessions.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement and well-being activities, fostering a positive work environment.
• Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives, making the company an employer of choice.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and timely reporting.
• HR Operations: Manage a range of HR functions including contract renewals, document filing, HR store management and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Job Description & Organogram Management: Regularly update employee job descriptions and the organizational chart to accurately represent roles and reporting relationships.
