Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real State/Developer
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.
- Must have good personality and leadership ability.
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct and assist in various audit tasks as per departmental schedule in the different workstations.
- Conduct operational & process audits, investigations, physical inventory, etc.
- Assist in conducting periodical physical inventory management of different projects and factories by team members as per the planned approach set by the Department Head.
- Conduct regular and periodic audits independently as defined by the audit department.
- To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
- Identify key areas of risk within the organization and assess the effectiveness of existing controls;
- Evaluate the level of compliance with established business control policies, processes, procedures, standards, laws and regulations in assigned functional areas/business units.
- Review financial statements of the company and report to the management thereon.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial documents and audit reports.
- Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
