Credit Administration Department (CAD)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor, develop and update database regarding various loan security and covenants as stipulated in the loan agreements;
- Ensure timely issuance of necessary letters/notices for different security & covenants as and when required;
- Ensure timely verification of security instruments before disbursement of fund and preserve relevant correspondence for future reference;
- Keep custody of security instruments along with relevant corresponding documents under various loan accounts;
- Prepare various periodic status reports regarding loan security and covenants or any other relevant reports for reporting to various stakeholders;
- Working with the IT team for developing/updating/modifying the security & covenant management software;
- Generating periodic invoices related to payment of installments against loans;
- Verifying that loan documentation is completed as per sanctioned terms and conditions and processing disbursement requests;
- Conduct periodic project site visits for monitoring project status, on-site verification of mortgaged properties and hypothecated assets;
- Arrange and coordinate various periodic loan monitoring meetings for management;
- Address queries of regulatory bodies and other external stakeholders and ensure satisfactory internal, regulatory and donor compliance;
- Any other activities as assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
