Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise all planned activities of the project and provide continuous guidance to the team to ensure quality programme implementation/field operations.
• Maintain coordination between Head Office and Field Office and ensure smooth field intervention on prevention (awareness), protection (psychosocial, social, and economic reintegration support), prosecution (capacity development, case management), partnership, and policy advocacy.
• Drawing learning and measuring project outcomes analysing MIS data and conducting surveys in the field.
• Conduct regular monitoring visits/field visits for effective field operation and update the progress/ significant changes’ (if any) to the management
• Documenting best practices and assist to prepare communication IECC, BCC materials, (draft) periodical reports/ Donors report, case story and MIS and narrative progress report, etc.
• Assist and prepare monthly implementation plan of activities related to monitoring and knowledge management in accordance with budget
• Assist to develop monitoring tools and formats, collect periodical data from the field and generate M&E reports through real-time data gathering or digital data collection apps

  Safeguarding Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
