Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are currently seeking a talented and professional (Officer / Senior officer) to join the

Administration Department, which consists of HR, General Administration, and Community Relations Team. The candidate needs related experience of maintaining company regulations, internal control, preparing business documents and managing day-to-day business operations. A dedicated candidate eager to support and manage processes in accordance with instructions from the Manager of the Administration Department is encouraged to read the following information and apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support all purchase related activities which are related to the business operation of the economic zone and for related matters.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and ensuring proper approvals for products and services to be purchased.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and creating company regulations and aligning with the actual practice of the company.
  • Visit potential vendors (if required) and report to the department manager accordingly.
  • Support management in drafting different suppliers’ contracts, different type of letters, and drafting different letters for various authorities as and when required.
  • Collaborating with the related team/s to develop purchasing plans, find potential vendors, maintain timely receive of goods and services.
  • Moveable assets management, inventory management as per company policy, support periodic audit etc.
  • Following-up and enforcing the company’s and government’s different policies and procedures from time to time.
  • Hands on experience of using any software for procurement management is expected.
  • Knowledge of the basic rules of Tax and VAT and accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Any other job assigned by Manager of Administration Department.
