Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure delivery of all the consumer & commodity products according to sales plan and issue inward & outward gate pass of delivery for any products
- Prepare route plan and discuss with Distribution Head for daily delivery plan
- Check & sign every invoice & arrange all the formalities for delivery
- Prepare delivery and delivery report and submit to the Head of Factory
- Prepare delivery plan in coordination with Factory and Production Head
- Support concern person for market return product after raising credit note
- Planning for maximum utilization of company transport for product delivery
- Route plan wise vehicle load as per stacking rules to avoid damage.
- Waste material identify, separation and necessary action to reduce.
