B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University like AUST/BUTEX/KUET/Prime Asia/City/Southeast/NITER/Daffodil/MBSTU etc.

Experience

Must be a Buyer Certified;
Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply;
Proven experience in related field from any reputed organization from Sample department;
Good communication in English and reporting skills;
Having good responding skill to invented office management with chain of command Able to communicate effectively with all levels;
Self motivated having self confidence;
Well conversant in MS-Office;
Willing to stay beside factory at own accord;

To prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern;
To ensure that any change made in the previously approved sample is communicated to the concern persons timely;
To review & analyses all the files with technician to ensure correct pattern for preparing consumption sheet for Pricing;
To ensure that quality samples are prepared and same samples are given to the garments division so that they can maintain the required standard;
To monitor the sample and ensure buyer requirement are filled like sample styling, fabric, accessories and sewing thread etc.;
To attend fit session with buyer & also need to complete internal fit on each stage and review sealing sample;
To give selling comments & attached all documents in PAC system (like sample picture, MC, Pre-check, EMC, sample comments etc.);
To check the sealing sample, arrange a meeting with buyer & getting approval for production;
To ensure attend pre-production meeting with buyer and factory to ensure to children’s safety and efficient production operation and quality by highlighting key points;
To keep documentation for N-Tech audit purpose.
