Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • PGDHRM will get preference

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Experienced in a learning and development role.
  • Preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles & training delivery methods.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for conducting regular training needs analysis by evaluating employee performance, production requirements & company objectives.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions for different roles within the factory.
  • To work closely with production managers, supervisors & Human Resources to identify training requirements and ensure smooth implementation of learning program.
  • To develop and create tailored training programs (both technical & soft skill) in line with factory requirements, industry standards & safety regulations.
  • To ensure training content is up to date, engaging and relevant to operational needs and deliver training sessions & workshops to employees.
  • Track the progress of trainees, assessing the effectiveness of training program through feedback, tests & performance evaluation.
  • To Provide reports on training outcomes to senior management , including recommendations for improvements.
  • To identify high potential employees for further development and provide them with career growth opportunities within the factory.
  • To develop & implement mentoring and coaching programs to support ongoing development.
  • Foster open communication with employees to gather feedback on training effectiveness & identify additional needs.
  • To maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, certifications & assessments and prepare regular reports on training initiatives, including participation, feedback and impact on performance.
  • Any other task assign by management.
