Position: Senior PHP Laravel Developer & Team Lead

Location: Madhupur, Tangail.

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Salary: 80,000 – 1,50,000 BDT

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Laravel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building SaaS-based applications and possess a strong ability to lead, innovate, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using PHP and Laravel.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage system design, deployments, server configurations and ensure smooth application performance.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and payment gateways.
• Implement micro services architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot application errors effectively.
• Mentor junior team members and lead technical discussions to ensure best practices.
• Apply OOP principles, SOLID design principles, and modern development methodologies.
• Ensure effective error handling and robust system design.
• Experience with Git and Docker for version control and managing Linux-based servers
• Strong understanding of web security best practices

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience as a software engineer.
• SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in developing SaaS-based applications.

Technical Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Proficiency in backend technologies, REST APIs, and server management.
• Deep understanding of Linux server environments and shell scripting (SH, Bash), redis, git, and Docker.
• Familiar with DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and micro services architecture.
• Strong understanding of system design and software design principles (e.g., SOLID).
• Knowledge of Web Socket and real-time communication technologies.
• Proficiency in database optimization, indexing, and query performance tuning.

Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively collaborate with global teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick learning capability.
• Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
