Fashion designer will get preference

Focus on delivering Seasonal Collections whilst adhering to a strict T&A whilst ensuring aesthetics are maintained via quality, styling and color.
Continuous monitoring of styles across multiple projects/requests with viable contingency plans whilst adhering to agreed T & A’s.
Ensure all styles are production feasible, and best cost options have been applied between the internal sample and final presentation sample.
Assortment strategies, current market trends and price points are aligned to company goals along with organized thinking and planning is key.
Drive style intent and in the best possible way to promote a healthy adoption rate. Accurate and timely follow through post meeting.
Partner with Sourcing, Design team and Vendors to approve fits, fabrics, washes, trims, colors and prints through production. Establish and maintain core fabrics and seasonal fabric stock.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Merchandising, Production, Tech, R&D teams, to strengthen bond with internal teams.
Be responsible for monitoring and collating information on the net value of Design picks every quarter and maintain sample representation for each style, complete with all information.
