Responsibilities & Context
- Manage and supervise the daily production activities to meet targets.
- Ensure that production processes are optimized for efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and control production costs, including raw materials and labor.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Implement safety and compliance standards in the production area.
- Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain production records and prepare regular reports for management.
