Responsibilities & Context
- Development and Maintenance:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead development projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and scope.
- Architecture and Design:
- Develop and implement application architecture and design principles.
- Ensure that all technical solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Mentorship:
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
