Development and Maintenance:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases.
Project Leadership:
Lead development projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and scope.
Architecture and Design:
Develop and implement application architecture and design principles.
Ensure that all technical solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
Mentorship:
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Collaboration:
Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
