Responsibilities & Context
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status.
- Monitor project costs and report on financial status.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure all project activities meet or exceed/housebuilding industry standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Coordination with the architect, designers & interior contractor & overseeing the interior & exterior-related finishing.
- Perform renovation & repair tasks of the project as required.
- Taking up with other related works assigned by the management.
- Having Experience in Chain Hotel Building and Development
