Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is looking to hire experienced and skilled professionals for the role of QC Manager to oversee and proper manage of product quality at their production factory in BSCIC Industrial Estate, Laxmipur.

Additional Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the toiletries products industry.

Required Skills:

Expertise in lab testing, quality control, and basic computer skills.

Must have adequate proven experience and knowledge in physical and chemical testing/lab testing activities.

Experience in the detergent powder production industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Test and approve of raw materials.

Conduct product testing before, during, and after production.

Coordinate waste management processes.

Ensure adherence to company and governmental health and safety procedures.

Clean, maintain, and store testing tools and equipment.

Ensure that all testing tools and equipment are calibrated and serviced in accordance with guidelines.

Prepare comprehensive reports on tests and findings.

Evaluate testing protocols and suggest improvements.

Perform QC chemical and analytical tests as per manufacturing and QC requirements.

Process and analyze samples to improve overall product quality.

Identify ways to minimize costs while maintaining product quality.

Prior to production, samples should be created and tested to determine whether the products meet quality standards. Additionally, a comparison of these samples with competitors’ products in the market is necessary to ensure the quality of the final goods produced.

Ensure completion of other related activities assigned by senior management.
