- Minimum 10 years of experience in banks and financial institutions with at least 5 years of experience in corporate banking.
- Knowledge of credit norms, financial analysis, trade products, and necessary industry insights in the corporate segment.
- Conversant with regulatory guidelines/policies, laws, and practices for lending and recovery.
- Conversant on international trade-related policies and practices
- Track records of completing working capital and term financing deals with prominent corporate accounts.
- Proactive, self-motivated, target oriented.
- Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of effective written and oral communication in English and Bangla
- Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.

- BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Corporate & Institutional Banking Division:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attain business targets through onboarding new accounts and maximizing utilization from the existing portfolio of customers.
- Develop a prospective list of new clientele under the corporate segment per the bank’s risk appetite.
- Call the existing and prospective clientele regularly to grow the business in organic and inorganic ways.
- Negotiate with customers, prepare credit proposals, analyze financials, and cater to potential business opportunities on time with the right product offerings.
- Extend best-in-class customer service and resolve client complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sale relevant products and services of the bank to cater to holistic business opportunities.
- Identify any potential risk well ahead of time to safeguard the bank’s interest from possible losses.
- Raise early alerts, issue diary notes, and conduct regular client visits to report potential risks on time to the senior team.
- Monitor client’s cash flow, repayment performance, and required compliance as per covenant and conditions.
- Develop new products and offer customized solutions to cater to specific needs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s) occasionally.
