Requirements
Education
- Must have a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in any subject of Social Sciences (preferable academic school: Development Studies, Women and Gender Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Population Science) from a reputed public university with a decent CGPA (not less than 3.00 out of 4.00) in both Bachelor and Masters.
- Any training in research and consultancy will be considered extra credentials.
- Any publications in peer-reviewed journals (NOT NEWSPAPER) and policy papers will be considered extra credentials.
Experience
- 3 to 4 years

Technical Job Requirement:
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bangla
- Good presentation skill
- Experienced in report and proposal preparation
- Familiar with Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis Plans and Patterns
- Skilled in analyzing quantitative data, tables, graphs and qualitative scripts
- Writing Baseline/Mid-Term or Midline/Endline/Annual-Monitoring/Impact Evaluation Reports
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn and explore an unfamiliar topic to learn and share with colleagues
Experience:
- Relevant work experience of 3-4 years in research or survey centre/ development organization/ academia/ NGO/ INGO

Job Description/Responsibility:
- Writing Technical Proposals against Requests for Procurement (RFP)/Terms of Reference (ToR) from Government, Non-Government and UN Agencies
- Writing Baseline/Mid-Term or Midline/Endline/Annual-Monitoring/Impact Evaluation Reports
- Developing Data Collection Instruments (DCIs)
- Conducting Enumerator/Surveyor Training
- Contribute to Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis Plans and Patterns
- Analyze quantitative data, tables, graphs and qualitative scripts
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary
- Starting from BDT 50,000 (first 6 months in probation) based on proven skills and experience. After a successful probation period, consolidated salary as per organizational pay scale. The salary is negotiable for the highly experienced and qualified candidates.
