Responsibilities & Context
- Operate hydraulic drilling rigs in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Conduct pre-start checks, daily inspections, and routine maintenance of rig components and hydraulic systems.
- Perform drilling operations as per project requirements, including soil investigation, water well drilling, and piling.
- Monitor and maintain optimal drilling parameters, including pressure, rotation, and depth.
- Ensure adherence to maintenance and lubrication schedules for all equipment.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical or hydraulic repairs on-site.
- Coordinate with drilling assistants, helpers, and other site personnel to maintain smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate drilling logs, reports, and equipment usage records.
- Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or incidents to the Site Supervisor immediately.
