Requirements

Education

Masters
Postgraduate degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics or related discipline from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record.
Any relevant Professional Qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

At least 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

Age 45 to 52 years

Minimum 15 years of experience in Bank or Financial Institution with at least 03 year in Risk Management Division;

Sound knowledge of Basel guidelines and capital adequacy standards;

Strong analytical & quantitative skills and data interpretation capability;

Proficiency in MS Office applications;

Job Responsibility:

Conduct Capital Adequacy Analysis in line with Basel Framework guidelines

Perform RSA & RSL Gap Analysis and Duration Gap Analysis

Supervise stress testing reports and risk assessment models

Analyze Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) data and regulatory submissions

Supervise analytical, compliance, and management reports

Monitor risk exposures and recommend mitigation strategies

Coordinate with different divisions and regulatory authorities regarding risk-related issues

Assist in developing and updating risk policies, procedures, and control frameworks
