Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
- Relevant SAP certifications are desirable.
Experience

Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Proficient in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and RFCs.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, Web Dynpro, and UI5 development is a plus.
- Experience with SAP IS-Retail and Pharmaceuticals industry is highly preferrable.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop, enhance, and support SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
- Work on SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, HR, and other functional areas.
- Work with multiple integration aspects of SAP and non-SAP systems through PI/PO, SAP CAR etc.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in SAP.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Ready to learn business and deliver related any technical skills as required.
