Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• Relevant SAP certifications are desirable.

Experience

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Proficient in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and RFCs.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, Web Dynpro, and UI5 development is a plus.
• Experience with SAP IS-Retail and Pharmaceuticals industry is highly preferrable.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop, enhance, and support SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
• Work on SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, HR, and other functional areas.
• Work with multiple integration aspects of SAP and non-SAP systems through PI/PO, SAP CAR etc.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in SAP.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Ready to learn business and deliver related any technical skills as required.
