Key Responsibility Areas:

Perform Biochemistry/Immunochemistry/Hematology/Microbiology/Serodiagnostic assays according to standard operating procedures.
Prepare, aliquot, storage, and disposal of QC materials, calibrators, reagents, media, etc. in a standard way and maintain relevant documents.
Ensure maintenance and calibration of laboratory analyzer, run and check results of quality control and post QC data through software. Supervise pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic processes relevant to the respective section.
Verify test results for repeat assay and post the data for report preparation and review test results.
Prepare necessary documents as per instruction of Compliance Administrator & Laboratory Director.
Participate in laboratory proficiency testing and interlaboratory comparison to ensure that quality indicators are fulfilled.
Ensure that laboratory environmental conditions are suitable for standard operations as well as water quality is maintained regularly.
Ensure that safety requirements are fulfilled. Monitor laboratory inventory to ensure the availability of laboratory supplies/accessories.
