Responsibilities & Context

ACI Motors is looking for experienced engineering graduate who will ensure the proper after sales services of commercial vehicle – Foton in the assigned territory.

To oversee after sales service activities of commercial vehicle in assigned regions and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
To train, develop, and monitor the technicians in the assigned region.
To communicate regularly with customers and ensure maintenance and product related supports.
To make frequent field/ customers visit to ensure customers’ satisfaction level.
To monitor service activities at dealer points and ensure the services level as per standards.
To arrange service campaigns and initiate service marketing activities.
To support marketing and sales team in events, campaigns and other marketing programs.
To oversee spare parts sales in the assigned region.
