To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbents who will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, installation & commissioning.
Job Responsibilities
- To assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to medical equipment, both remotely and on-site.
- To conduct routine maintenance checks and servicing of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- To support senior engineer/ supervisor in the installation and commissioning of new medical equipment units at client sites.
- To identify and troubleshoot problematic medical equipment including electrical, mechanical & control system com ponents.
- To maintain accurate record of service activities including maintenance reports, service logs, and spare parts consumption.
- To adhere with safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- To participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and stay update with the latest achievements in medical equipment technology.
- To uphold the company’s quality standards and ensure that all service activities meet or exceed customer expectations.
