Responsibilities & Context

ACI Marine and Riverine Technologies Limited is looking for a Senior / Service Engineer for marine projects who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of customer’s satisfaction of the ongoing and upcoming projects and spare parts sales.

• Provide after sales service & ensure customer satisfaction by implementing necessary corrective actions and making annual maintenance contract wherever possible.
• Look after on-site installation, alignment and commissioning of Engines, Gearbox, Propulsion system etc.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, servicing or repairing of engines.
• Overhaul engine with proper diagnosis and completion within estimated time & resolution.
• Drive the sales of spare parts.
• Principal communication for problem solving & spare parts sourcing.
• Prepare documents required (Bills, Material import/export docs, expense etc.)
• Supervise the field service technicians.
