Responsibilities & Context
Hema provides healthcare project services, including design, engineering, and consultancy. The role oversees on-site construction, ensuring quality control, reviewing drawings, stakeholder coordination, managing operations and maintaining records.
- Acting as a key person at the site for the construction works.
- Review the Architectural, Structural and MEP drawing from the relevant consultant and contact with them for further detail or revision.
- Liaise with the Consultant, Contractor, Supplier and general workforce of the project and organize site meeting as well as site visit by the relevant consultant.
- Day-to-day management of the site to confirm Q.A & Q.C for the works and materials. Certify the contractor bills/ quantity verification.
- Prepare the work plan, materials procurement plan, manpower deployed schedule for the project.
- Prepare progress report.
- Maintain all the construction and relevant documents such as drawings, site order book, materials test report, work order/ supply order, correspondence, progress reports, work plan etc. properly at site office.
- Candidates with proven experience in basement construction for multi-storied building will be given top priority.
